When combined with READY’s Forge/OS programming software and the Yaskawa GP12 industrial robot you can easily setup and program a robotic sanding cell, with any robot brand, with no prior robotics experience or programming knowledge.
This force compliant sanding cell features PushCorp’s AFD310 Active Compliant Tool coupled with dual RPS100 5″ Pneumatic Orbital Sanders setup with one 3/16″ orbit and one 3/8″ for roughing and finishing operations with no change over.
Additionally, this cell features a Yaskawa GP12 industrial robot, safety guarding from RobotUnits, pneumatics from SMC, and laser cut components from SendCutSend.
