Cimtec Automation can help you implement a 120V control panel for Forge/OS designed around a Moxa IPC, ethernet hub, and breakout I/O module. The 120V Control Panel is an example design to demonstrate how to set up a 120V control panel to run Forge/OS with your robotic cell. This example demonstrates the hardware needed to setup up I/O interfaces including pneumatics and fieldbus connectors, Forge/CTRL is ready to interface with robots, machine tools, PLCs, vision systems, force sensors and other peripherals.
Whether you are just getting started with automation or you need a simple controller to manage the peripheral of your robotic cell, then this example is an excellent starting point for you. A simple solution to get your robot cell fully functional and deployed as fast as possible.
This is an example design. Your design will need to be sized and specified according to your application.
